TL;DR
The café table is the desk.
Laptop, AirPods, whatever flat surface is available. No docking, no externals. Claude from the phone when even the laptop is too much; a cloud session when the laptop has to close. Opus 5 in fast mode, because café wifi is the bottleneck, not the model. The rig is whatever I have — and it's still fast enough to ship.
