The analyze prompt runs entirely in your own Claude Code — nothing leaves your machine unless you publish. It reads your config the same way the publish prompt does and hands back your archetype, a 0–100 score, and a percentile band, scored against the public rubric.

Trust is the product
The prompt never reads ~/.claude.json, ~/.aws, ~/.ssh, .env, or *.pem — and it strips the values out of any env block. It shows you the entire payload before anything leaves your machine. A second scrub runs server-side.
What you get back
A live rig card (howiclaude.dev/r/…) with your activity heatmap, streaks, and token burn on it — made to be linked, screenshotted, and forked — plus an edit token saved to ~/.howiclaude/config.json, the only credential you need to edit it later. Anonymous by default; a username is optional.
