HHKB for the quiet, vertical mouse for the RSI. Two landscape monitors so the IDE and Claude live side by side without alt-tabbing. Granola takes call notes so I can stay in the terminal. The pomodoro timer keeps the standing desk honest.

I set the pomodoro timer when I start a Claude session. When it rings I stop generating and review everything queued up. Forces me to read the diff before I'm 10 commits deep.

After any standup or design review, I drop the Granola transcript into a new Claude session and ask it to generate follow-up tasks into Linear. Takes 45 seconds. Used to take 20 minutes.

Why it's there: Auto mode has been the default since August and I stopped fighting it — the classifier approves the boring 95%. The hard_deny list is the part I actually wrote: the handful of commands that must never run without a human, no matter how confident the model is.

The deploy pipeline has one flaky stage nobody has time to fix. The loop retries it once; if it fails twice it posts the job to #deploys with the log tail. I haven't opened the CI tab in weeks.

Not a timer — a Stop hook. Every time Claude thinks it's done, /verify runs the tests and the linter. If anything is red the hook blocks the stop and the session keeps working. Verification is the loop that matters most.
